Changes: Updated protocol for RuuviTag with Android 7.0 which prevents the app from stopping and starting BLE scans more than 5 times in a window of 30 seconds. Based on that Android 7.0 device gets data from RuuviTag every few seconds and not in realtime. It cannot be done better till (if) Android 7.0 protocol is changed.
